About The Position
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Business Operations Lead to join the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team. In this role, you will be at the center of business strategy, helping to define and evolve that strategy while operationalizing it across the organization to deliver significant impact. You will lead complex, highly visible efforts that drive the organization toward high-impact goals. Your responsibilities will include diving into data to understand business trends and connecting dots across the organization to uncover the holistic story. You will own the annual strategic planning cycle and be responsible for the VP-level strategic plan (OP1) presented to AWS senior leadership. As the BizOps Lead, you will drive and orchestrate key reporting mechanisms, including monthly goal updates and recurring business reviews. You will also tackle special projects, such as reviewing analyst reports, crafting executive communications for senior leadership, and driving mechanisms and workstreams for cross-functional efforts. Through this work, you will help the Private Pricing business rally around a clear strategic vision, achieve ambitious goals, and drive step-change business growth. Your role will require you to support senior leadership with various projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring that the organization remains cohesive and effective in its operations.
