This role will assist with initiative tracking, planning support, cost optimization visibility, and operational reporting to help ensure programs are delivered on time and aligned to business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO operations across Engineering, Finance, and Product teams
• Assist with tracking strategic initiatives, epics, and milestones
• Maintain dashboards, reporting artifacts, and status updates
• Support quarterly planning and roadmap alignment activities
• Help monitor cost optimization initiatives and budget tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups and document action items
