About The Position
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Business Operations to drive operational excellence across our Customer Success and Member Services organization. This role will partner closely with the SVP of Customer Success, providing leadership and operational rigor to ensure we scale effectively while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, process design expertise, and a bias for action. You will help design and optimize how we operate, ensuring our teams have the systems, processes, and insights needed to meet ambitious growth and service goals. This role is based onsite at office in either Lehi, UT or Plano, TX.
