About The Position

As a Business Operations Coordinator, HCSE (Healthcare Stakeholder Engagement) & Projects , you’ll help drive seamless processes, support key stakeholder initiatives, and keep high‑visibility projects running smoothly in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment. The Business Operations Coordinator, HCSE & Projects supports UCB’s Business Planning and Operations team by managing Healthcare Stakeholder Engagement Activities (HCSE), coordinating Delegation of Authority entries, and ensuring accurate, compliant operational processes within a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment. The role also partners with cross‑functional leaders to streamline workflows, enhance automation, and provide project management support for high‑visibility strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations coordination, preferably in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar).

Responsibilities

• HCSE Activity Management Oversee preparation, submission, and reconciliation of Activity Notification Forms (ANFs) supporting HCS engagement in UCB activities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements throughout the entire ANF lifecycle.
• Delegation of Authority Entry Enter data into multiple systems and track progress across stakeholders, including spend document creation and purchase requisitions.
• Serve as liaison to procurement, project owners, administrative staff, and vendors to ensure timely processing of paperwork and remove barriers to execution.
• Operations Project Work Partner with the Launch Excellence + Portfolio Engagement Lead and the Head of Strategy and Innovation to identify projects requiring project‑management support.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance operational performance.
