With a rapidly growing portfolio and an ambitious roadmap, Painting Business Pro is looking for a Business Operations Coach to optimize their sales processes and lead their high-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Strategic Coach, Business Coach, Executive Coach, or Business Strategist with a track record of helping entrepreneurs and business owners scale.
  • Deep understanding of business strategy, financials, P&Ls, and growth cycles.
  • Highly strategic thinker with the ability to translate big-picture vision into actionable growth cycles and plans.
  • Performance-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust and authentic connections.
  • Passionate about people, entrepreneurship, and contributing to others’ success.
  • Hungry, ambitious, and coachable; eager for personal growth and leadership development.
  • Team player with strong cultural alignment to values of authenticity, service, and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead 1:1 strategic coaching sessions with members, focusing on business growth, financial performance, and strategic planning.
  • Guide members in building business plans, reviewing financials (including P&Ls), and installing growth cycles with clear action plans.
  • Facilitate Growth Cycle Kick-Offs, 90-day check-ins, and 3-year vision planning sessions with members.
  • Host group coaching calls on financial management, integration, and long-term business planning.
  • Create 3–5 year vision and roadmap processes for members, including scoping, planning, and execution.
  • Coordinate with the Member Success team to deliver on member action plans.
  • Celebrate wins and reinforce retention by consistently delivering value.
  • Implement frameworks + research best practices (e.g., Taki Reset Commitment Framework, Hormozi feedback loop) to maximize retention, engagement, and program value.
  • Contribute to program design and continuous improvement by gathering insights from member experiences.
  • Contribute to a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
