About The Position
We’re looking for a Business Operations & Automation Lead — a hands-on operator who’s passionate about making work smarter, faster, and more scalable. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our merchandising team to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements and automations. You’ll be embedded in merchandising as your first mission, but your impact will extend across the business over time. This is not a people management role — it’s for a doer who thrives on solving problems, delivering tangible outcomes, and staying at the cutting edge of tools and technology.
