The GB Systems Access & Entitlements team, within Business Operations, focuses on the risks, governance, provisioning, and monitoring of systems access—aligning to firm-wide privilege and segregation‑of‑duties standards. As a Business Operations Associate in the GB Systems Access & Entitlements team, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Technology to streamline access workflows, reduce excess access, and strengthen audit readiness without adding operational friction. This is a hands-on, build‑and‑shape opportunity to modernize how access and entitlements are designed and managed across Global Banking (Commercial Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Global Investment Banking). Your responsibilities will include closing long‑standing gaps, creating durable efficiencies, and improving our control posture in a collaborative, people‑first environment.
