About The Position
As Business Operations Associate with Imagine Pediatrics, you will work with the General Manager and Market Medical Director on driving operational efficiencies through data analytics and KPI monitoring. You will utilize data to help drive day-to-day operational effectiveness and efficiencies, monitor performance of KPIs and other performance indicators, assist with scheduling optimization, support and contribute to business analytics projects and processes, build and review ad-hoc reports, assess and distribute key data points to various roles within the market, present analysis to market leadership and other stakeholders, and work with clinical operations as needed, including working directly with clinicians, nurses, care team assistants, and schedulers.
