About The Position

This Program Finance position will lead a small portfolio of Department of Defense contracts. The successful candidate will oversee the work of 1-2 junior analysts and serve as the primary finance leader for all contracts within the portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as a cost volume lead for new business pursuits within the financial portfolio, ensuring compliant submissions and leading business strategy discussions. This position is located in Hanover, MD. Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD TS/SCI w/Poly SP Security Clearance. US Citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of prior financial analyst experience with at least 3 years of experience leading a federal contract.
  • Previous employment as a program finance analyst, cost analyst or pricing analyst.
  • Experience supporting monthly financial metric variance analysis.
  • Experience supporting quarterly Contract Status Reviews.
  • Experience supporting quarterly Balance Sheet reviews.
  • Experience supporting annual Long Range Planning for Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash Flow.
  • Experience with financial modeling.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships to accomplish team goals.
  • Position will require in-office support +2 days per week in Hanover, MD.
  • Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD TS/SCI w/Poly SP Security Clearance.
  • US Citizenship is required.
