We partner with customers to solve the most difficult design issues in the data center, executing complex custom solutions with flexible engagement models using the most advanced technologies and IP. What You Can Expect The Business Operations role is a growth-focused role within the broader CCS team, collaborating with the broader CCS team to ensure adherence to business processes, facilitate the timely delivery of critical system input, and maintenance of internal systems. In this role, you will interact with team members across the organization to help ensure our team runs smoothly, meets our objectives and deadlines, and provides the most accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • We are seeking an early-career Business Operations Analyst to support a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organization.
  • In this role, you will help optimize, manage, and monitor internal processes to ensure CCS consistently meets key deliverables in support of our corporate revenue and profitability goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field such as Operations Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, Business Administration, or Project Management
  • 0-2 years of experience; exposure to technology or semiconductor environments is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to ask questions and learn
  • Strong organizational skills, enthusiasm for solving new problems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with or interest in the semiconductor industry is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintenance of collaborative workspaces
  • Generation and maintenance of part numbers
  • Collaborate with the broader CCS team to document internal processes
  • Facilitate data entry and retrieval for weekly reporting cycles
  • Help facilitate seamless data transmission from quote to forecast
