Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in business operations and strategy at a startup or consulting firm
  • Experience in automating manual processes
  • Experience working alongside or within Clinical teams
  • Proficient in Google Sheets
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ideas, prioritize, scope, document, and communicate a clear plan of action

  • Skilled in building workflows in Hubspot

Responsibilities

  • Create scalable systems, automations, workflows and operational processes to support clinical quality operations
  • Track and maintain metrics to monitor progress against clinical OKRs
  • Identify and implement innovations to maximize quality, speed and efficiency of the Clinical Excellence team
