About The Position
At Counterpart Health (CPH), we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant (CA). By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions. We are seeking a high impact Business Operations and Strategy Manager. This is a pivotal role for an analytical and execution-oriented operator who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and systems design. You will partner with leadership to lead mission-critical initiatives that shape CPH's go-to-market efforts, optimize internal operations, and support data-driven decision-making. From leading strategic analyses to standing up scalable processes, you'll ensure clarity, alignment, and impact across the organization. This is a pivotal role for someone who excels at driving clarity and execution in a fast-paced environment and is highly adaptable and able to pivot quickly based on shifting business priorities.
