Let's be #BrilliantTogether ISS Stoxx’s Business Operations team partners closely with Senior Business Leaders and teams across Finance to lead business analysis, lead forecasting and planning, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively with C-level executives and Business Heads. We are looking for a fast learner, proactive, and hands-on contributor to participate in strategic discussions with the COO, CFO, and Senior Business Management. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate financial metrics and analytics to Senior Management and C-Level Executives who are in different time zones around the globe
  • Strong analytical and data modeling skills; ability to challenge the numbers and differing views
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented, proactive, and hardworking; a roll up your sleeves attitude.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once while working closely with other team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours depending on the needs of business located globally
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional proficiency Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint is a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key financial and reporting partner and support for Senior Management
  • Responsible for delivering monthly business performance with comprehensive analysis and interpretation and discussions of results to management team
  • Management Reporting – Oversee the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual internal financial reports for presentation to Senior Management. Working closely with the Business heads to help in long term planning and decision making while analyzing financial data
  • Financial Reporting – Assisting in the preparation of external financial reporting and analysis for both the company owners as well as debt holders
  • Maintain and enhance budgeting and forecasting models to create business projections while working with Sales and Product teams
  • Lead due diligence analysis on potential acquisition targets and drive financial analysis to make key decisions
  • Preparing ad hoc financial analyses requested by Senior Management
  • Ad hoc project based work as needed
