About The Position

The Business Operations Analyst supports the Commercial organization by managing and optimizing Milacron’s Salesforce CRM platform and commercial data infrastructure. This role drives CRM adoption, data integrity, and actionable sales insights that enable data-driven decision making and improved commercial performance. The position partners closely with Sales, Commercial Leadership, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to enhance sales processes, develop reporting and analytics, and ensure the CRM ecosystem effectively supports pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations or related field
  • Experience with sales analytics or business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and reporting
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with Sales, IT, and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining Salesforce platform ensuring Sales (sellers, Sales Management, Sales Leadership) has full functionality and visibility into CRM to inform decision making
  • Manage ongoing development of Salesforce commercial capabilities, data governance, and platform configuration
  • Collect, analyze, and aggregate Salesforce data to support performance management
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports translating CRM data into business insights
  • Monitor CRM compliance and adoption across sales teams
  • Document and continuously improve sales processes, workflows and CRM best practices
  • Support onboarding, training, and enablement for Salesforce users
  • Collaborate with IT and other technical teams on integrations, system enhancements, and CRM architecture
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of commercial reporting, including sales KPIs, pipeline health, and performance metrics
  • Partner with Sales leadership to support pipeline reviews, KPI tracking, and performance reporting
