Guggenheim Securities ("GS") is seeking a Business Operations Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership of the Infrastructure Coverage and Advisory Group on the management of the business unit. You will work on developing the systems and tools to ensure that strategic and operational initiatives and the day-to-day management of the business are delivered consistent with overall objectives. In addition you will support the team in developing marketing initiatives inline with GS's broader marketing guidelines in a manner which supports the growth of the business unit. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent administrative, organizational, communication and marketing skills in addition to be able to effectively leverage CRM systems. You should also be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, developing and executing strategic plans that reflect the company's core values and goals.
