About The Position
In this opportunity as Business Operations Analyst, you will review and overhaul existing reports managed by the Manufacturing Operations Service & Support Team. Engage with stakeholders and end users to identify efficiencies in reporting processes and procedures. Revise & enhance existing reports using the latest technologies and provide them in an easily viewable and accessible format. Collaborate with key stakeholders, end users, & technology to accomplish reporting goals. Utilize data from a myriad of environments, such as SAP, PowerBI, Tableau, and others, to streamline reports and integrate new technologies. Demonstrate continuous improvement by owning and actively participating in key projects aimed at enhancing, streamlining, and growing the Global Print business unit. Provide ongoing and ad hoc support for business-critical applications and services.
