About The Position

Acara Solutions is looking for a Business Operations Analyst Data PowerBI for one of our clients. This role is 100% remote. The position will support our Material's Management team, focusing on Inventory Management, Warehouse, Hauling, and Investment Recovery. The role involves developing and maintaining Business Intelligence reports using PowerBI, ensuring data integrity and consistency, and providing overall coordination and support for effective functioning of Company Supply Chain data and reporting. The candidate will serve as an analytical expert for data analytics, reporting, and process analysis, and will collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate data interfaces and develop reporting for management and stakeholders. The position requires monitoring available data and modifying reporting to ensure relevant information is provided for decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field and 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Azure based database services.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications with proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required to communicate needs with client and internal teams successfully.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Candidate must be a US person due to export-controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains Business Intelligence reports using PowerBI and standardized reporting protocol ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Provides overall coordination, support, and maintenance necessary to ensure the proper and effective functioning of Company Supply Chain data and reporting.
• Serves as an analytical expert for data analytics, reporting, process analysis and other areas as defined.
• Plans and assists in implementation of data solutions that will maximize organizational effectiveness using analytics and reporting.
• Collaborates with multiple departments to coordinate the interface of data from different systems and the development of reporting and analysis for management and other internal and external stakeholders to support critical business decisions.
• Continually monitors available data and modifies reporting and analysis to ensure most relevant information for decision making is provided to stakeholders.
• Provides training, support, and consultation to system end users for PowerBI and data analysis capabilities.
