About The Position

The Business Online Instructor Adjunct at Eastern Oregon University (EOU) is responsible for delivering high-quality online education in business-related courses. The instructor will teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in their area of expertise, contributing to the college's mission of providing career-ready education.

Requirements

• Hold a master's degree (or equivalent post-graduate degree) in business with a focus in management or a related field.
• Online teaching experience at an accredited college or university.
• One year of work experience or documented scholarly work in related areas.
• Must complete EOU criminal and credential background check.

Nice To Haves

• One year of online and on-campus teaching experience at an accredited college or university.
• Diversity and global education training and/or experience.
• Industry experience in business.
• Secondary area of expertise or specialization.
• Experience in delivery of experiential learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality online educational experience in consultation with program faculty.
• Support the program's learning outcomes and ensure student engagement.
• Teach online undergraduate and graduate-level courses and electives as assigned.
