Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules for multiple procedures and specialties, optimizing therapist productivity, following up with patients for initial visits, and educating patients on their benefits and financial responsibilities. The representative also handles authorization confirmations, claims submission, payment collection, billing inquiries, and payment posting. Additionally, the role involves triaging therapy referrals, documenting authorizations, ordering supplies, maintaining office cleanliness, submitting work orders, managing daily deposits, handling mail, maintaining a cash box, training staff, answering phones, responding to voicemails, and greeting incoming patients.
