About The Position

The Phoenix at James Creek is seeking a Business Office Manager to join their team! The Business Office Manager reports directly to Executive Director. The purpose of this role is to support community operations by maintaining office systems and administrative staff. Responsibilities include associate recognition and engagement, performance management and evaluations, and financial management related to business processes such as Payroll & Human Resources Administration and information monitoring.
