You will be responsible for the business office operations of the community, ensuring high-quality care and personalized services for residents while managing labor costs effectively. You will support the Executive Director in driving profitable growth and ensuring compliance with operational processes and regulatory requirements. This position also involves effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and other visitors, as well as overseeing billing and payroll processes.

  • Manage business office operations of the community.
  • Attract, engage, develop, and retain community associates.
  • Support Executive Director in driving profitable growth and compliance with operational processes.
  • Ensure effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and visitors.
  • Oversee billing for services provided to residents and lead timely collection of receivables.
  • Ensure correct payroll processing for associates.
  • Manage vendor invoices for goods or services and ensure timely payment.
  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required; or additional years of experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  • Minimum of three years related experience and/or training required.
  • Previous managerial and office setting experience preferred.
  • Experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting.
  • Direct supervision experience in another department.
