About The Position

Are you interested an organized Office Manager with an interest in Finance? Maybe you are interested driving office and fiscal practices that actually make an impact on your community? If you answered YES, then consider joining our Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health team! Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Pocono Center provides programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities. Located in Newfoundland, PA, this position is responsible for supporting the business office in its functions, including oversight over accounts receivable and accounts payable responsibilities. Additionally, the chosen candidate will provide oversight to all Business Office functions in the absence of the Director of Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting required.
• Associates Degree or relevant certificate in Business or Accounting with at least 5 years of progressive business office management experience may be accepted.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a related field preferred.
• Progressive employment experience within Office Management or Finance preferred.
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
• Must be computer literate: i.e. word processing, spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Support the business office in its functions.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable responsibilities.
• Provide oversight to all Business Office functions in the absence of the Director of Finance.
