Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Business Office Manager in a healthcare setting.
  • Must be computer proficient and have strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Candidates must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task in a fast- paced work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Must be organized and effectively able to on-board new staff and maintain all required documents for Employees Personnel files.

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred.
  • Experience with Human Resources and employee relations a plus.
  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Experience in ADP payroll software a plus.

Responsibilities

  • The Business Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of the business office including: processing payroll and employee benefits, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable,New hire orienation, on-boarding and personnel file maintenance.
  • This position supervises the front desk concierge/reception staff.
  • The Business Office manager is responsible for accounts payable & accounts receivable.
