Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior accounting or long-term care bookkeeping experience required

Responsibilities

  • Works alongside the Admissions Director to complete and file all necessary Admissions paperwork
  • Coordinates Medicaid paperwork with residents
  • Coordinate and implement all payer source changes into PCC
  • AR and Collections tasks
  • Manage Resident Trust account
  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
  • Billing (Medicare, Medicaid, Private insurance, etc. )
