The Business Office Manager oversees the Accounting and Human Resources functions within the organization. This role is responsible for handling various tasks including recruitment, employee retention, new hire orientation, benefits administration, payroll processing, and general accounting duties. The position reports directly to the Executive Director and may also involve supervising other staff members. The ideal candidate is expected to embody the company's mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those served through Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect, and Teamwork (HEART).
