About The Position

The Business Office Manager at Concord Care Center of Toledo is responsible for overseeing all business office functions and personnel management within a long-term care setting. This role requires a strong understanding of the specific needs of adult and geriatric residents, ensuring compliance with financial systems and regulations while supporting the interdisciplinary team under the direction of the Administrator.

Requirements

  • At least one year of business office management experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic, neuro & dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, and infectious diseases as applicable.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of age-specific developmental factors for adult and geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all business office and personnel functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and resident trust funds.
  • Ensure financial systems are accurate, efficient, and compliant with professional accounting practices and government regulations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of age-specific developmental factors for adult and geriatric residents in business office functions.
  • Adjust work schedule as needed to meet resident and family needs.
  • Communicate effectively and comply with the Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
