About The Position
West Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Business Office Manager with previous experience in a skilled nursing facility. The role involves managing all private pay collections, ensuring unbilled claims are kept to a minimum, and maintaining Medicaid pending accounts receivable balances. The manager will also be responsible for reconciling resident trust funds and ensuring compliance with state audits. Daily utilization of various software packages while adhering to HIPAA standards and company policies is required.
