Requirements

  • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school required; or additional years of experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  • Minimum of three years related experience and/or training required.
  • Previous managerial and office setting experience preferred.

  • Experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the business office operations of the community.
  • Attract, engage, develop, and retain community associates to provide high-quality care and personalized services to residents.
  • Support the Executive Director in driving profitable growth and complying with operational processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and other visitors to the community.
  • Oversee billing for services provided to residents and lead the timely collection of receivables.
  • Manage the payroll process to ensure associates are paid correctly.
  • Ensure vendor invoices for goods or services are billed appropriately and processed for timely payment.
  • Support an inclusive community culture.
