The Community Business Director (CBD) is responsible for managing and supervising the business office functions within the community. This position acts as the primary resource for residents, their families, and employees regarding inquiries related to cash receipts, billing, vendor payments, expenses, payroll, and benefits. The CBD also coordinates and assists in maintaining accurate employee payroll and benefits data, and is expected to explain and instruct employees on benefit options.
