About The Position

The Business Office Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living plays a crucial role in supporting the community's business administration, human resources, and system-related processes. Requirements

  • Demonstrated skills in business computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to facilitate small group presentations.
  • Interpersonal skills and understanding of financial/business principles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, ADP, Kronos, ProCard, and/or BASIS.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Establish ongoing procedures to collect and review information for billing and accounting support services.
  • Follow the monthly accounting calendar to meet financial data expectations and deadlines.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and respond to payroll developments and regulations.
  • Maintain team member personnel information, including payroll processing and training records.
  • Champion the team member onboarding and welcome orientation process.
  • Maintain training records and perform ongoing data entry into the training system.
  • Partner with the Executive Director and team leaders to encourage team member engagement and morale.
  • Communicate information and ideas clearly and professionally to engage the audience.
  • Follow Sunrise programs and policies for quality care in support of Foundational Beliefs.
  • Complete training and independent study programs designed for the BOC position according to curriculum guidelines.
  • Complete state-required training per regulations.
