Business Office Coordinator, BOC Great opportunity for a Business Office Coordinator professional to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Position Summary: Support clerical, administrative, secretarial, functions for a very busy medical office.

Requirements

  • High school graduate/ GED required
  • Education and/or training as medical secretary, medical receptionist, medical assistant preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree in a medical related concentration preferred

Responsibilities

  • Check in/Check out
  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Manage Referrals
  • Insurance verification
  • Other clerical functions
