We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality to oversee the day-to-day functions involving our business office and reception areas to include, but not be limited to: Employee supervision Resident and employee record-keeping Resident billing Answering incoming telephone calls Greeting residents, family members and visitors Maintaining a positive first impression and good relationship with all persons to whom contact is made This Business Office Coordinator reports to the Director. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are a priority in this position. Employees will be required to follow other job-related duties as requested by their supervisor. Hours/Shifts 80 hours biweekly, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Compensation The pay range for this position is $19.01-$26.02/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
