About The Position

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient clinic operations by managing patient scheduling, registration, communication, and providing excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner. Ensures all demographic data is collected and is entered correctly into the computer system. Practice work in a safe manner, following proper protocols of infection control, accident prevention, etc. Participates in any other job related duties directed by the Practice Manager or Director.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a medical office or surgical setting preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and EPIC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
