About The Position

Administer accounts payable processes for all corporate leases. Review, audit and approve all CAM payments and reconciliation statements from various landlords. Assist with monitoring and maintaining the lease database & management software(s) for accuracy and completeness. Confirm all current lease information and review, abstract, and process new leases, amendments and other documents. Monitor and report critical lease dates (expirations, option exercise dates, rate increase dates, etc.). Read and correctly interpret lease terms. Help prepare commercial real estate expense forecasts for annual budgets of various departments. Prepare and provide financial analysis and critical reports for management as requested. Other related real estate duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4 years of real estate/management/administration experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient with Oracle, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with real estate accounting and database management systems preferred.
