Job duties include supporting business office functions, reviewing bank deposits, refund processing, confirmation calls, ordering supplies. General office support; daily lunch run, coordinating meetings, reporting & follow-up on maintenance issues, sorting & delivering mail, packages and interoffice items. Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft applications. Must provide own transportation to pick up lunches, supplies, or run errands between Mobile offices. Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.
