This role includes assisting with resident billing tasks, managing paperwork and records, providing receptionist coverage, and helping residents with routine requests. You will also support leadership by handling administrative duties that ensure efficient office operations. Requirements

  • 1+ years of recent receptionist, office support experience preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, numerical abilities and computer skills.
  • Positive communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and demonstrate flexibility
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential - or - Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel are a must

Nice To Haves

  • Billing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Occasionally serve as receptionist answering incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages.
  • Billing Assistance: Supporting the preparation and processing of resident billing tasks.
  • Paperwork management: Organizing, filing, and maintaining records to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
  • Resident Assistance: Assisting residents with routine tasks such as form submissions, document requests, and inquiries.
  • Providing administrative support for HUD Housing and the Director of Housing or Assisting with administrative responsibilities currently managed by HUD Housing and the Director of Housing.
