Your Impact: Financial & HR Support: Handle essential accounting functions like cash receipts and ancillary data, while assisting the Business Office Manager with payroll and HR duties. Administrative Coordination: Partner with the Administrator and Director of Nursing (DON) to manage schedules, record meeting minutes, and keep office supplies fully stocked. Compliance & Safety Advocacy: Maintain strict resident confidentiality (HIPAA) and document facility incidents accurately to ensure a safe, compliant environment for everyone. What You’ll Need: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel; ability to type 40+ WPM and use a 10-key calculator. Professionalism: Ability to solve practical problems and communicate effectively with managers, employees, and the community.
