Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and clerical functions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM and use a 10-key calculator.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong skills in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business periodicals, professional journals, and government regulations.
  • Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Physical: Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a computer, stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Excel proficiency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist in organizing and directing day-to-day administrative activities, maintaining meeting minutes, and managing essential filing systems.
  • Financial & Clerical Duties: Perform accounting functions, including processing cash receipts and managing ancillary data.
  • HR & Payroll Assistance: Support the business office with HR-related tasks and payroll duties as needed.
  • Community Ambassador: Act as a key representative of our facility, contributing to positive community relations and a professional public image.
  • Operational Logistics: Monitor and maintain an adequate supply of office equipment and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Strictly maintain the confidentiality of all resident protected health information (PHI) and ensure all administrative personnel follow safety and ergonomic protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Develop a strong rapport with all facility departments to ensure seamless inter-departmental operations.
