About The Position

Delmar Gardens of Lenexa is seeking a Business Office Assistant/Central Supply Coordinator, who will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the business office while also overseeing inventory and distribution of medical supplies. This dual role position ensures efficient financial administrative processes and maintains adequate supply levels to support high-quality resident care. Delmar Gardens is a family-owned, St. Louis-based company that has been serving the community for 60 years. Responsibilities

  • Assist with Resident billing, including Medicare, Medicaid, private pay and insurance claims
  • Support accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Provide customer service to residents and families regarding billing question
  • Order, receive and manage inventory of medical supplies
  • Ensure adequate stock levels to meet facility needs without overstocking
  • Monitor supply usage and control costs through efficient inventory practices
