About The Position

The Business Management Analyst I - Access Management position involves conducting standard reporting and analysis, as well as providing operational support as directed. The role includes guidance and assistance to team members and internal partners on specific standards and processes. The work is generally short-term focused, ranging from daily to monthly tasks, and is performed under the direction of management.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides business management related research, evaluation, operational, reporting and analytical support in a timely manner.
• Develops and prepares applicable business metrics and standard/ad hoc reporting in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
• Conducts regular analysis, evaluation, assessment, and review of business performance, processes, and initiatives.
• Supports the development of presentations and communications, and disseminates information.
• Coordinates relevant processes, meetings, and events that impact a broad area.
• Recommends appropriate actions to management based on analysis and review of results.
• Contributes to various operational activities such as report production, system queries, process mapping, and procedural support.
• Remains informed of emerging issues, industry trends, and relevant changes.
• Adheres to enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to business management activities.
