Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Business Member Portfolio Representative to join our team! The Business Member Portfolio Representative strengthens assigned business member relationships by providing exceptional day-to-day servicing, proactive portfolio support, and consultative assistance. This role serves as a dedicated point of contact to identify and support a business member’s comprehensive financial needs across deposit, lending, and cash-management services.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience managing deposit accounts and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Executing the setup and ongoing servicing of business depository, cash management, and Business Visa accounts, including the coordination of applications and agreements.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned business members to deliver consistent day-to-day service, relationship support, and issue resolution.
  • Researching and resolving complex member inquiries by partnering with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
  • Maintaining regular outreach to business members to support onboarding, portfolio management, conducting early-stage outreach on business accounts less than 30 days delinquent and the collection of annual financial statements and loan reviews.
  • Identifying evolving financial needs through member interactions and collaborating with internal partners to deliver appropriate lending or cash-management solutions.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for business cash management platforms by supporting application execution and resolving complex service issues.
  • Providing backup coverage and support within a shared portfolio model to ensure continuity, responsiveness, and balanced workload management for all members.
