About The Position

The Business Marketing Group organization at Meta is focused on driving inbound product and market understanding, positioning, packaging solutions, narratives, audience and market strategies, and activation plans globally. This includes initiatives for Meta for Business and our Ads and Partnerships solutions, which collectively touch $120 billion in revenue. We are currently seeking a Marketing Insights Researcher to join the Business Marketing Insights team, which is a vital part of the Global Business and Product Marketing team, encompassing both Marcom and Product Marketing. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving and investigative skills, demonstrating a remarkable ability to harness and translate strategic insights into actionable marketing plans and strategies. A strong desire to drive significant business results and impact, along with an orientation toward strategic thinking to enhance product and marketing outcomes, is essential. The candidate should have experience in building strong cross-functional partnerships and must exhibit proactivity, energy, flexibility, and collaboration. A passion for translating complex ideas into simple and compelling messages is a must. Balancing visionary leadership with everyday execution is crucial for success in this role.
