Boater’s World Marine Centers in Islamorada, FL is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Business Manager to support our Sales Team and oversee the finance and insurance portion of the sales process. This role is focused on securing lender approvals, completing paperwork accurately, presenting aftermarket products, and ensuring smooth and compliant customer closings. As the F&I Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Team, lenders, and back-office administration. You will play a key role in funding timelines, documentation accuracy, and compliance standards—without being responsible for dealership-wide management.
