About The Position

With extensive training, strong support teams, and continual opportunities for growth, our Franchise Business Consultants develop the skills to coach and develop our Franchisees into successful business owners.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
HS Diploma or GED
Follow-through on tasks to completion.
Desire to 'coach' and build teams.
Computer literacy, including internet navigation and proficiency in Google Workspace.
Effective communication abilities with people from various backgrounds.

Nice To Haves

Preferred, but not required, experience in Cleaning Industry
Experience in multiunit, multilocation, restaurant service, or franchising is a plus.

Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships with both Stratus clientele and franchisees.
Conduct quality reviews to ensure high service standards.
Facilitate the startup of services for new customers and cleaners.
Address and resolve complaints.
Quote and sell one-time services to existing clients.
Train new franchisees.
