Requirements

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in facilities services or multi-site operations.
Familiarity with P&L management, cost control, and financial modeling.
Knowledge of enterprise financial systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
Prepare and submit professional-level reports, forecasts, and correspondence.
Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with operations teams to develop and manage budgets.
Support forecasting activities and variance analysis.
Update 12-month forecasts quarterly and contribute to strategic planning.
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Support audits and ensure timely submission of financial documentation.
Work closely with HR, operations, and other departments to align financial goals.
Assist in developing new business opportunities through financial modeling and analysis.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives and support continuous improvement.
