We are looking for our next team member who will strengthen our Business Management unit. Your main responsibilities: Business Development Assists with new business developpment opportunities: new offices, office relocation, new business unit to create Assists with business transformation initiatives: changes of internal processes, transformation of existing business units and/or their conduct of business. Liaise with all stakeholders to define transformation agenda, implement changes or deliver new development and keep timelines and deliverables milestones within the pre -agreed plan. Internal committee management In charge of various internal committees: preparing the committee support material with various internal stakeholders, prepare and disseminate minutes of the committee once had. Project Management Assists with strategic project initiatives across the Group: coordinating stakeholders, timekeeping, producing status reports for Senior management as well as assist through all phases of project management. What experience and background we are looking for: Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering… A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role, a Business Manager role or a similar position. A willingness and interest to develop professional competencies Proficient with the Office suite (Excel) The ability and willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment Fluent English and French.
