Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience, luxury retail fashion experience
  • Proven track record achieving business results
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite, advanced proficiency
  • Role may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
  • Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Promote the vision and culture of Bergdorf Goodman while upholding brand loyalty and being an advocate of the assigned vendor brand
  • Develop team goals by partnering with BG and vendor teams to create strategic solutions that drive sales growth
  • Oversee Associate performance management, including career coaching, and recognition of excellence
  • Address business and behavioral development opportunities with empathy
  • Manage BG strategies and plans to achieve vendor sales goals and individual associate KPIs, including sales volume
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand brand availability to Bergdorf Goodman's Latest Sellers
  • Create and lead Client Strategies, including a clear vision for client development programs and strategies for developing and retaining key client relationships
  • Lead collaboration between BG and vendor teams on all client-facing events and exclusive experiences
  • Serve as the visual merchandising liaison with the vendor brand team
  • Coordinate scheduling of all vendor training, including collection launches, seasonal marketing, selling ceremonies, and operational training
  • Compile and deliver comprehensive business recaps and executive summaries to important partners and sales teams
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling proprietary Bergdorf Goodman and vendor information
