About The Position

As a Business Manager - Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in executing technology rollouts that elevate our investment services for Financial Advisors. You will be instrumental in strategizing and executing projects that enhance technology for Financial Advisors and Client Associates. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with various departments to ensure successful rollouts, oversee comprehensive user testing, and gather strategic feedback. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with a minimum of 5 years of financial services experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically, and in some cases for extended periods of time, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently in a high-pressure environment, with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly proficient user of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to leverage technology for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate proactive follow-up and follow-through on tasks from start to finish, with a focus on results and accountability.
  • Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization and maintain a sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, leading by example and inspiring others.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and lead the execution of large-scale projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct high-level analysis, including data collection, synthesis, and interpretation, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of current-state processes, identifying strategic opportunities for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, building consensus for transformative change.
  • Establish and lead strategic working groups, partnering with Investments, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Product & Platform, Risk Management, Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources.
  • Provide strategic oversight and continuous feedback on project status, offering innovative solutions to ensure projects exceed expectations.
  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions, creating detailed strategic project plans and documentation.
  • Serve as a key escalation point, ensuring all parties are aware of overall project impact and strategic alignment.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and diverse work environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Execute other strategic duties and/or special projects as needed, demonstrating leadership and strategic thinking.
