The role of Business Manager supports the Executive Director in all matters related to budgets, purchasing, timekeeping, payroll, and human resources. To assist in the completion of reports and written correspondence, including information collection and analysis. To assist in the execution of both special and ongoing projects and in maintaining meeting schedules. You’ll be the program’s liaison to HELP’s Central Office, funders, and coordinate with the Central Office Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, and Information Technology departments. ROADS works with survivors of Gender-Based Violence.
