About The Position

The position involves achieving sales targets and managing a team of Relationship Officers. The role focuses on new client acquisition and business generation specifically for MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) business. Responsibilities include sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business, managing overdue collections, and ensuring team productivity. The position also requires training and motivating the team, providing product training to both existing and newly hired team members, and coordinating with other departments such as Credit and Operations to ensure smooth loan processing and servicing.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in sales and collection in asset finance products, LAP, mortgages, business loans, etc. from banks, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in retail sales.
  • Good client servicing skills.
  • Good financial, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the sales target assigned.
